Still waiting to receive my blinds... had to contact customer service to ask why my blinds had not arrived on the date specified, only to be told they were to be delivered more than a month later, waited (still waiting) nearly 3 months for them. Customer service did refund 10% as good will... but still a bit unsatisfactory
Quality of the blind good but customer service poor. Was sent wrong fixtures and fittings and had to phone 4 times to sort it out

I ordered my new made-to-measure blind for the office. It arrived as predicted and looks lovely. Very pleased with it. Would certainly recommend.
Great blind, measurement fit well, the only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is I think the blinds should come with appropriate raw plugs and screws for fitting at the price.
Fantastic service from 247 Blinds. The ordering process was quick and easy, delivery was on the date given and they look fantastic up at our front windows! I'll be ordering more soon!

Just got fitted today, and wow they look fantastic Hubby struggled a bit with bay window but got there eventually, others were a doddle, will order back house windows soon , and certainly recommend,

Good quality product and fairly simple to fit. Unusual that screws and rawlplugs weren't supplied though.
Very impressed with such a quick delivery . Unfortunately I am unable to use your company as none of the colours were right . Would definitely use your company another time .
Ordeal from start to finish,After ordering long drop blinds which came with small strings before for another property I was advised by a telephone customer assistant to email over the height from the floor to the top of the blind after placing the order so that longer chains can be sent out with all the 260cm drop blinds in the order.I received the 260cm drop blinds with standard sized chains not the long ones. These were then fitted by the builder whereupon we realised the wrong chains were sent out as you would have to be 7/8 foot tall to comfortably use them.I then rang and waited half an hour in the queue, told the advisor who assured me 3 longer chains would be posted out. Package was received on the 14/12/21 and they are the exact same standard size as the ones that initially came with the blinds not the longer ones required. 3 times I've had to ask for longer blind strings and about 2 hours wasted on the subject. Still not recevied them and once they do come will have to take down all the blinds from a height of 3m fit new strings and re-hang them. ABSOLUTE JOKE!
Your sample availability is very good - but not all of them appear to be fully accurate to your website representation. We fancied the Stripey Blackout Pink(Blackout) but thought that the greens in the sample were not the same.
Ordered my blinds and had email conformation to say they were being posted, 3 weeks later and still nothing,I had to email them twice to get a reply and now being told they won't be posting them for another 2 weeks, commutation and what they say are is awful, thank goodness I only ordered 1 blind as I was going to get the rest of the house done but will go else where after this experience.
